Fundraiser success for research
We are thrilled to announce over $37,000 was raised at this years Melbourne Cup Luncheon
We are grateful to our guests, local businesses and volunteers for making this event a success.
The funds raised from the event go into the Glenn Brown Memorial Award, allowing researchers to further their research on cystic fibrosis and bronchiectasis.
A heart felt thanks goes out to our speakers for the day, Mitch Messer who shared his experience of living with cystic fibrosis and Naomi Chapman a researcher at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital who was the 2018 Glenn Brown Memorial Award winner.
The Glenn Brown Memorial Award was established in 2011 and has now raised over $476,000, funding life-saving research projects here in Western Australia.
