Right now, Institute for Respiratory Health researchers are working hard in the lab, finding new ways to prevent, diagnose, treat and cure lung conditions, like idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis to help people like Alice's son - Tony.
Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF) is a rare lung disease that causes scarring of the lungs. There is no cure.
Every year in Australia it’s estimated 1,250 people are diagnosed with IPF and patient survival can be around three to five years.
With your support, we can give our researchers the best possible chance to find new drugs and ways to diagnose and help to treat people like
Alice's son - Tony faster.
Please donate today.
Together, let's create a world where people like Tony can breathe easier and live their lives to the fullest.
A big thank you to our supporters
